Find Connection, Calm, and a Different Path to Healing

You’re craving something more than sitting in an office talking about problems. Anxiety, grief, or life changes may have left you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. At Arrowroot Integrative Practice, therapy happens in ways that feel natural—whether it’s in the quiet of the barn, outdoors with horses, in-office, or online.

Ground your healing in the present moment — whether in the office or outdoors. Nature-based sessions invite movement, reflection, and connection with the natural world.

Wherever you are, healing can begin. Our virtual Telehealth sessions make therapy accessible, flexible, and deeply supportive.

Our Healing Partners

At Arrowroot, horses aren’t just part of the setting—they’re partners in the healing journey. Each horse brings a unique personality and presence to therapy.
