Types of Therapy

I blend evidence-based modalities based on your goals.

  • Practical skills to notice patterns and reframe thoughts/behaviors. We’ll practice tools you can use between sessions.

  • Tools for presence, regulation, and gentle mood support. Breath, awareness, and compassion practices you can carry into daily life.

  • Body-based exercises to calm the nervous system and process stress/trauma. Gentle movement, grounding, and interoceptive awareness.

  • Safety-first, paced work integrating evidence-based supports. We’ll move at your comfort level with clear consent at each step.

  • Experiential sessions with horses to build insight, boundaries, and regulation.

  • Learn through doing—grounded activities plus reflection to unlock insight.
